On Tuesday, April 11, 2017, the Women’s Fund of the Capital Region collaborated with the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Northeastern New York as well as the Helen M. Upton Women’s Studies Centre at Russell Sage College for a free public viewing and panel discussion on the inspiring film Girl Rising.
