Mona Golub

Mona Golub combines the skills of an entrepreneur and an impresario, making a mark on the Capital Region and the Golub Corporation, the parent company of Price Chopper Supermarkets. Overseeing the Golub Foundation, she is the driving force behind many of the nationally recognized community partnerships Price Chopper has forged. Born and raised in Schenectady, Golub also pursues philanthropic activities that go far beyond her professional responsibilities. She founded Second Wind Productions in 1989 to bring free, world-class concerts to Capital Region parks, and has served on numerous non-profit boards, including Proctor’s Theater, the Schenectady JCC and the Chamber of the Capital Region.


Frances O’Rourke
Key Bank senior vice president and market leader, Capital Region

Frances O’Rourke has a 30+ year career in banking, having been the youngest vice president at Dime Savings Bank and having served in leadership roles at a number of large bank before joining KeyBank. An Albany native, O’Rourke has been a consistent champion of women in the workplace, devoting considerable time and talent to programs and organizations that provide career development for women. Her energy extends into the community, where she serves on a variety of non-profit boards, including Proctor’s Theater, Northern Rivers Family Services, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.


Shirley Readdean
Community Volunteer (YWCA, SICM, Haven, Schenectady City School Board)

Shirley Readdean has devoted nearly seven decades of service to the community. Her resume reads like a “Who’s Who” of Schenectady’s civic organizations both large and small. She has worked tirelessly for education, literacy and gender equality and against racism. Among the highlights of her career are being the first woman and first person of color to serve as president of the Schenectady City School Board, being named to the YMCA Academy of Women of Achievement and a YMCA Unsung Heroine. In addition to the non-profit sector, Readdean is dedicated to the United Methodist Church where she is a certified lay speaker, a trainer and youth mentor.
