     Our honorees presented a panel discussion: Igniting the Shero WithinThey shared with us stories from their lives on how they have ignited their inner shero, in a conversation moderated by Benita Zahn, MS, DPS, NBC-HWC, 

    Our Honorary Committee Chair was Dr. Dorcey L. Applyrs, a Women's Fund 2018 Trailblazer.

    We were also extremely grateful to announce the new Kathy Russom Memorial Scholarship.

    Finally, a scholarhip recipient shared her inspiring story, including how The Women's Fund scholarship helped her achieve her goals during her final year at SUNY Schenectady.

    Doors opened at 11:00 a.m. for people to socialize and bid on our Silent Auction. Luncheon and program went from noon to 1:30 p.m.

    The Fresh Start Project - helping women and girls

    People brought new items to the luncheon for women and children in local domestic violence shelters: skin & body care, make-up, razors, toothpaste, deodorant products -- including hotel & store sample sizes.
